Hello, Ranch Focaccia

Hello, Ranch Focaccia

The Best Focaccia, Ever.

When it comes to our superfood salad dressing mixes, we recommend dressing in layers.

Did we develop our superfood salad dressing mixes specifically for salads? Sure we did. The combination of milk and protein-rich yogurt combine in a way that create a truly creamy dressing in the end, when prepared via the directions on the package.

But.

There is a whole wide world of possibility when it comes to other things you can do with our mixes - and that's intentional as well. This week's experiment? FOCACCIA. Fluffy, soft and bouncy, this Italian-style bread is incredible when used to make slab sandwiches, croutons, and or just enjoyed all on its own. We recently baked up a huge batch that was showered with some of our Hello, Ranch salad dressing mix right before baking and it turned out so well. The combination of herbs and alliums in our classic dressing make for the ideal topper for this bread to be sure, but it's the additional texture punch you get form the milk and yogurt that actually takes it over the top (in our humblest opinion).

After our lovely loaf exited the oven and had a chance to cool, we chopped it into tasty two-bite portions and served it piled up on a platter alongside a big bowl of our prepared Hello, Ranch dressing for dipping. We took it to our very first Dressy event, in fact, where we officially introduced people in our own community to our inaugural lineup of flavors. So, it's safe to say we'll always hold a special place for this bread, which both begins and ends with our favorite ranch dressing, and we couldn't be happier about it.

Dress in layers, friends. It's the very best way.

Our go-to focaccia recipe is from Alexandra's Kitchen and it's just perfect. No need for us to create our own, that's for sure. To transform her fantastic base recipe into our Hello, Ranch version, we simply sprinkle almost a whole package our superfood salad dressing mix over the top of the bread before it's baked. That's it! Super easy and it adds SO much flavor to the bread.
